Support working times

So.. Is it really that bad situation in company, that they don't even have anybody working at weekends in support team?? I've heard people getting stuck troops or other technical in-game issues and support not responding in any tickets until monday.. I mean, people who work mostly at weekdays usually likes to play more at weekends when they more spare time for this game. Not even going to talk here about their "latest upgrades to fasten gameplaying and fix many problems", as how they explained those extra maintenances to us.. We all know by now, that it was all just a pile of crap..

As everybody know, their new server seems to be in US.
Thats where their IP address is located.
And thats why everything is quite slow.
Thats why game hanging quote often.
As support say, everything is ok,

They dont have anyone with network expertise.
They could explain why thing is slow.

I have proven with them how our signal go from our PC to their server.
That they dont understand as well.
(You can use command :

Under command window)


Its hard to have support with limited knowledge.
They dont know much ;(
