How to solve a problem

Quoted from "Kanon"

Hello community,

Today we want to share an experience of not so long ago, that happened in our company.

In Hamburg there was a massive strike of kindergartens in protest. The aim of the protesters was to stop working mothers to keep them at home and stop in a sense the workflow of resident companies.

Unfortunately for them it could not hit our company because after careful thought and a meeting of the summits, we found an incredible solution.

The brilliant idea was to use an area of the company to solve this problem.

A company that deals with entertainment for children was appointed and so employees who are mothers could take their children to the company and entrust them in the expert hands of qualified people while they were in office.

This idea had great appeal to employees, they began to bring their children into the company, no longer having to run or charge others to care for them. It created a much more peaceful for everyone, calm parents and children taken from the fun and recreational activities, and which also had the opportunity to learn about the company.

The company is very worried about the state of his employees because they help to make it grow. This initiative as well as meet the needs of the employee is also a way to make it more productive, because we know that just a satisfied employee is able to give 100%.

And if the gamigo AG today is a great company and is still growing it is thanks to them in addition to the work and winning decisions of our leaders, the strategies of our
marketing department and the work of our managers.

I wish you all a good day and a good game in our f2play games.
