If you are having trouble login in to the game please open a ticket at the following email address:

support_dont_exist_but_customers_doing_support's_job@superdonald.com

You will first get an automated answer saying

"We have received your request (XXXXXXX), and it will be reviewed by our Support Team"

Then wait for 5-6 days and you ll get help.


FFS some of you people there in w2g should quit since no one fires you. We are customers here , not kids playing nintendo.

You should be so lucky about not getting the automated reply:-
Clear your cache reboot your computer. BTW It can't be our fault because we do nothing!!!!!!
