What is the point with new jewelry
I cant find out how to use them, except to increase loyalty or sell for gold
Are we supposed to trade in for Promotion papers

I cant find it on Dunkirk
You need to be Sr. General (4stars) to see the last rank, possibly not released on all servers yet?
