lost troops

the management of this game should be ashamed of them self's.i lost troops 8 weeks ago and they have still not replaced them.they have not replied to any of my mail's let alone send me a ticket.truly shocking way to treat the people that pay your wage's.

Sending concise messages with clear English will help with their response time, I've found. However, if you're spamming them with messages, they will not reply to your ticket, it's as simple as that.
