Level 10 upgrade for Jet engine

Hello there, I am trying to get some info on upgrading jet engine technology to level 10. As it sits, it requires over 59mil units of oil, and this seems way out of line with other technologies, even at more advanced levels. The gold requirement is at 5.9 mil, and I'm wondering if this is simply a misprint, maybe 1 zero too many?
