why does this skill not work on deep sea oil fields and islands? yet works on every other field, city and special field?

ok so i found out why, sf dont count as air units so sonicboom wont work.. why dont they count as an air unit?? there description is an elite aerial unit, there picture is a bomber! surely they are an air based unit!!

so from further experimenting we find out that finger 4 works with sf... so you guys messed up sonic boom skill?

Its the same thing with production items
You ask support, they will give different answer every time.

I thought they had a rule book they could check with
they dont have, its seems

hey cant decide how they work, how they are displayed in strategic item status
