more broken heros on dowding!!

ok so 3 new heros, great! oh wait they are broken, skeleton 2 shows as play bunny2 u get server busy when u look for witch 2 and now la muerte 1 shows as in field, yet someone in my alliance has it in his city?!

We're sorry if it's been troublesome for you. Although it's very useful to read you in the forums and it gives us an idea of what is going on or if there is a problem, if you write us a ticket then it's possible for the support team to examine your account and it's development through the issue. The best is doing this as soon as it happens.

It also helps our support team to make further questions and isolate any technical problems that there could be so they can pass this information to our dev team.

We're truly sorry if you had any problem during this Halloween event and we're thankful that you use the forums to communicate with us and the issues you might have, but it's very important to deal through the proper channels so we can use the correct tools to solve any problem you might have and give you a better service.

As always, I invite you to give me the ticket ID (as a PM if you like) so I can examine if support is already in your case and examine if the team did the correct steps to figure this out.

is this a joke

If you played the game mate you would know of these problems 1st hand.

One month ago I asked (for the 3rd time in as many years) if you could fix the battle screens for special fields,no action
I asked to fix the generals so we may lvl them up,no action
I asked to fix the timer in Intel( that some say been broke a while),no action
We have all asked for merge,no action,
We asked to fix broken heros,AGAIN but no action,

But I see we can have a new and exciting sale EVERYDAY.Plenty of time to make them up but no time to fix anything,could it be we are on our last leg and nothing here is worth fixing?What do you think.......

I'm sorry if you have issues with any event, but as I told you before: although it's not a problem you share any problem to our forums and we're here to read you, please also share your issues or even your concerns with support so we can address them properly and use the necessary tools to pinpoint and fix anything that may go wrong.
