New manual

Quite interesting to see the new manual which is wanted by many,
but are weaker and same as carnival mask medal/manual.

I had expected the new manual to be same as civil, paratroopers and combat medal.

No, it's about time they have event equipment that was FREE that can still compete with money/diamond equipment, +1 for not making the manual much better than carnival!

Also, the Combat manual is 50 mili points better so it's not the same or weaker...Just the low quality ones.

ok so i've just looked at this new chest and.....

the clue to the quality of the gear inside is in the title!

you guys are kicking off because its not on a par with the "superior hero's medal chest" but this new chest is called "medium heros manual chest" and is 25% cheaper than the "superior" chest


so whats the big issue??
