if game has problem with crediting players
it should fix first above all others

ok they fixed my problem
great
but this seems to have been a on going thing
we should have been warned
and no great sales well a problem was happening

Payment issues must go through Customer Support, no-one (including me) can assist you about it on the forums.

If you realize there is an issue, they should be the first place you go to, then you can pass the info onto me here in the forum or in PM or even in Discord...but all I can do is look into it, I cannot resolve it myself.

But FYI, it seems the issue was with propagation of certain specific payment types, the issue was found and resolved. Today, however, there might be some slowdown due to the Datacenter Migration (which was posted a few days ago).
