Ticket system slow

I Know things are busy for support , but 3 days in on my ticket and not even a response to tell me you received the ticket. If your that over whelmed maybe a roll back would have been the prudent thing to do. I'm trying to stay positive and patient but this is very discouraging going forward. :(
