In The name of progress and inconvenient, They have taken 10 steps backward.
I dont know how many use discorrd, But i know many who dont want to to install anything which should be
online and online usage

Honestly, i dont feel happy with it

I hope you guys find something else where we can use online usage from the page

Most companies going away from email, they rather use online system in real time for support.
Offcourse, not everything can be solved there and then. Buts that normal

I hope you guys can be more progressive and see what the future are bringing

I understand your concerns, but from a Community Managers standpoint Discord is better. The reason being, all of the Community Managers in out Unit work for multiple games. Being in one program which shows us all channels for all the games in our unit is much easier for us as we can see when notifications when people specifically use our username in chat and are in need of assistance without having to refresh 2-3 shoutboxes every few minutes.

You can also use Discord in a Browser window (it's in the FAQ as well), so downloading is not necessary..and it works with Smart Phones, so we can be available even when not at our PC's.

I encourage you all to try it, we had a blast yesterday in the KaL voice chat talking with the players there.

Think of this....
1. You register to enter the game
2. You register to join forum
3. You register to use Discord

Can it be so difficult to make it so you only do it once ?

Can it be so difficult to integrate it into the game

This is not a personal critic, but how thing is
